Kyle Foster, PhD
Kyle earned his degree in Immunology, studying evolutionarily conserved immune regulatory pathways in intestinal epithelial cells. He is currently the account manager for our largest start-up client (with over 200 employees), developing spatial imaging technology for transcriptomics. Kyle has experience with a wide variety of molecular and cell-based assays, including molecular cloning, high-throughput genetic screens, fluorescence microscopy, flow cytometry, and protein assays. He also has experience utilizing animal models such as mice, rats, hamsters, parasites, and other invertebrates in his research. He recently recruited a Senior Data Engineer, a Senior Director of Reagent Manufacturing Operations, a Senior Director of Project Management, an Applications Scientist, and a Staff Bioinformatician.
JingXin Liang, PhD
JingXin earned her degree in Chemistry studying epitope-targeted peptides as protein recognition agents against malarial biomarkers. She is currently the Account Manager for several clients, including start-ups developing tissue-specific oral therapies and diagnostics. She has interdisciplinary experience in peptide science, microfluidics, high-throughput screening, analytical method development, cancer biology, and computational chemistry. JingXin also has both academic and start-up industry experience. She recently recruited a Fermentation Scientist, a Clinical Operations Program Lead, a System Integration Scientist, a Mechatronics Engineer, and Research Associates in drug discovery and formulation.

Daniela Sharma, PhD
Daniela earned her degree in Animal Science studying male reproductive behavior and endocrinology. She is currently a Senior Scientific Recruiter for several clients, including start-ups developing genetic engineering for pediatric hearing loss, mitochondrial genomics, and spatial imaging technology for transcriptomics. She has experience with a wide variety of techniques including immunoassays, large animal handling and in vivo skills, as well as regulatory inspections. She was also an Undergraduate Program Director at Rutgers University and has experience advising students on companion animal-related career opportunities. She recently recruited a Senior Data Engineer, an Assay Development Scientist, a Bioinformatics Senior Research Associate, and a Manufacturing Manager.
Jennifer earned her degree in Computer Business Administration and has a background in Executive Administration, where she has worked cross-functionally with companies in various industries providing high-caliber support to ensure teams, systems, and processes run smoothly and efficiently. As Operations Manager at Recruitomics, Jennifer excels in orchestrating seamless system implementations and automations, platform migrations, and technical troubleshooting. With a strategic mindset, she designs and executes operational workflows and processes that optimize efficiency and productivity across all teams in the company.

In her 3 years with Recruitomics she has honed a robust skill set that enables her to take on different roles and offer support whenever needed. Teagan is committed to ensuring smooth operations and is ever-ready to assist our team. She reports directly to our COO, Alison, and regularly assists our CEO, Carina, with anything she may need. Outside of Recruitomics Teagan has extensive knowledge in equine and farm management.
