The Mission
It's Simple: Scientific Recruiting, Scientifically
While waiting to defend her dissertation in Biochemistry and Molecular Pharmacology, Carina Clingman began receiving calls from recruiters who couldn’t explain the science behind the roles or companies for which they were recruiting. In fairness, they were generalists, not scientists. Carina wondered: why weren’t more scientists calling her to discuss scientific roles? After all, scientists do love to talk shop.

Thus, the idea of Recruitomics Consulting was born. Carina successfully defended her dissertation and received her Ph.D. in October 2013. Recruitomics Consulting officially launched in 2014 when she took on Moderna Therapeutics as her first client, and we’ve been helping companies grow ever since.
